Short answer: we design websites.
We do work with Identity: making logos and business cards, Design: the graphical interface for websites, and Coding: in the form of XHTML, CSS and JavaScript, where we turn the designs into working websites.
No, but we can help set up and configure an account with any major hosting company.
No problem. We do basic consulting and can help figure out (and then build) exactly what you need.
Every project is different so we'll need to look over all the details before being able to give a proper estimate.
We usually require a 5,000 retainer to get started on a project.
Short answer: No.
We're a design agency, not a bank. We'd rather worry about how to improve the grid or how to make the site look great in IE—rather than having to collect payments and break kneecaps.
We do, however, take credit card payments—which some people find helpful.
That's relative. We think we offer a pretty good balance of quality and price. We're definitely not the cheapest place around, but not the most expensive either.
If you want someone who will spend a lot of time making sure everything is as great as it could be, you might like us. If you just want a quick site without spending much, we're probably not the best choice. Sure, we could do a bunch of quick sites, charge a lot less and make a lot more, and they would probably look alright—but what fun would that be?
No.
We're working on it, slowly. It is actually almost done but now we have other more important things that need to be done and this one isn't exactly horrible. Also, the current generation of browser isn't quite ready for all those effects at once so we're holding off till performance increases a bit across the board.
